We have purebred Shiba Inu
The Shiba Inu is the smallest of six original and distint spitz breeds of dog native to Japan. A small, agile dog that is an adaptable Shiba is at home in town and country. Shibas are growing in popularity in the west and are already the most popular breed in their homeland. There white markings combined with their coloring (Red, sesame, cream or black and tan) and their alert expression and smooth stride makes them almost foxlike. They're sturdy, muscular dogs with a bold, confident personality to match,
The breed height: 14.5 - 16.5 inches (male) 13.5 - 15.5 inches (female)
Weight: 23 pounds (male), 17 pounds (female)
Life expectancy: 13 - 16 years
The Shiba Inu should do well on high quality dog food, whether commercially manufactured or home prepared with your Veterinarian's supervision and approval. Any diet should be appropriate to dogs age (puppy, adult or senior) Some Shibas are picky, and others will eat anything in sight. Treats can be an important aid in training.
Most Shibas are fairly energetic and love to go for walks. They are not so hyper that they will climb the walls if they don't get daily exercise, but a Shiba owner should be dedicated to exercising the dog
I'm your furever friend. Shiba Inus are awesome dogs, and they definitely have a very unique personality. Like all dogs, Shiba are food-motivated, love to play toys, and spend alot of time sleeping. But personality wise they are different than most dogs.
Shiba's are independent. If you're looking for an affectionate fog that love to cuddle and craves attention, they really love their owners they are so much fun with our kids, snugglers, or effective hunters.
